צהריים: חצי כוס פסטה+כף גבינה לבנה 0.5% [] יום גבינות0.0*

ביניים:נשברתי, אני רואה שכולםך אוכלים צריכה גם, אז אכלתי כוס בייגלה><"

סוכרת אורבטי בטעם פירות יער

ערב: סלט [חסה עגבנייה מלפפון]+טונה במים

21:00- מעדן 0% -60 קל'

22:45- אפרסק קטן

אין לי זמן לספורט בכלל, אני כ"כ עייפה בזמן האחרון מכל הלימודים האלה ...הבגרויות עוד ירצחו אותי

אני לומדת כמעט כל יום עוד מלא שעות, יש תגבורים לוקחים לנו שעורים חופשיים

והכל בגלל הבגרויות..היום חזרתי הביתה אכלתי הייתי 20 דק' במחשב והלכתי לסלון קצת לנוח בסוף נמנמתי למשו קמתי

הלכתי לחדר ונרדמתי וקמתי ב8 עד שאכלתי וכו' היה אחרי שמונה וחצי ואני עושה הליכות לנס ציונה אז אני לא אצא הביתה ב9 ואז אחזור ב11+

אני רגילה ככבר לחזור ב9 ובכלל אין לי כח לזוז
