Stay in control.

A mantra is a sound, syllable, word, or group of words. Stay in control.

A mantra is an often repeated word, formula or phrase, often a truism, chanted or sung as an incantation or prayer.
STAY. IN. CONTROL.

Stay in control. remain
True to yourself.
Affirm your inner independent strength.
You can defeat this,
If you so choose,
Nothing can distort you.
Calm your storm.
Own it.
Nothing can distort your balance.
The truth is never exterior.
Rule your own desires, wishes, cravings, needs.
Open the door to no-one who isn't committed to your cause.
Love yourself and others will.

Focus. Fight it. Shake it off. Breathe. Channel your thoughts away from it. Stay in control. You've got this.
